Impeccable service! I wrote an email to Valentino with the request to inform me if a certain shoe in my size comes in. Suddenly I got a call from Loan Le saying that she would send me a direct link in the next few minutes to pay for the shoe. I gave her my address via email and she is now sending the shoe home. What to say Customer service on point! It should always go like this. 5 stars for Loan Le!

Never again! I can only advise everyone against buying only one part from Valentino. Here are my experiences. If anything changes in the behavior of the responsible employees after this review, I will inform you here. Stand now is even one star too many! Due to the limited number of letters, PART 1 follows here and a further assessment with PART 2. Basically, I really like the style of Valentino clothes and accessories and I have some of the brand's items in my closet. Whether bags, shoes or clothing, I've always struck gold in purely fashionable terms. As a rule, however, I always shop at Breuninger, as there is no Valentino store in the immediate vicinity of where I live. Now I seem to have made a big mistake and ordered a pair of shoes from Valentino Online. To be precise, I ordered a pair of taupe flip flops. I have already bought this model in another store, which Valentino sells in pink, gold, pink and black and so far I have had no problems. I only wore the taupe flip flops a few times and the logo lettering, which is attached to the heel with a foil, has completely discolored and looks like a cheap fake. You can't just put the film on, with the film and the completely discolored logo you can no longer wear the shoe and the customer service does not seem to have to take care of the customer and any problems. I had filled out the entire contact form for the complaint several times online. Every time the form was sent a message appeared that there were technical problems and that I would have to try it later. After several weeks I gave up and looked for the email address in the Yoox imprint. A few months after the shoe had arrived, I sent an email there with the complaint, invoice and pictures. That was on 08/28/2019. No reaction. Two months later, on October 28, 2019, I sent a second email. No reaction. Called again shortly afterwards. Nobody answered the phone. No reaction. On November 13th, 2019 I called Valentino in Frankfurt. They forwarded me to Munich. There I had the employee Ms. Muhovic on the phone. After describing my previous experience, I should send all the information to your private business email again. Again I took the time and immediately after the phone call I sent the invoice, complaint and pictures to the aforementioned email. The said employee had assured me on the phone that she would contact me during the week. Here too: no call, no e-mail. Since I always believe in the good in people and I am self-employed and have a lot on my mind, I waited again to see if I would be contacted, at least in the following days. No reaction. PART 2 So in the first week of January 2020 I could call Valentino Munich again and ask for Ms. Muhovic. After I was put through, they informed me that the store manager had supposedly changed in the meantime and that Christmas and New Year and all the holidays came in between and therefore they had not found time to call me 01/08/2020 are so many days that this statement is really outrageous and the statement that the store manager has changed seemed more than suspect to me. Even when asked to speak to them directly, one was put off for the next day every time. Anyway, the employee informed me again that you or the store manager would be in touch with me the next day. You may guess .. Again no reaction. Now yesterday I immediately considered writing a review, as I am really just stunned about this behavior but took the time to call again one last time. This time the employee Ms. Le answered the phone. She was also extremely personable and at least apologized for the inconvenience, but unfortunately I could not be forwarded to the store manager again yesterday. Accordingly, she informed me that she had left a large piece of paper with my contact details and that she would speak to the other employee again and that I would definitely get a call from the store manager personally tomorrow. Drum roll ... NO REACTION! I'm really just angry and can't understand how you deal with customers! I do not know whether the store manager is not able to represent this position or whether the employees will not give her the information, but I will not spend a single euro more on Valentino in the store, online or in partner shops! It is really unbelievable to charge € 240 for PVC flip flops, which have € 3 material value, but then to ignore your customers and not care at all, although this is a material defect is really the crowning glory. I am curious whether these reviews will be heard or whether one will continue to evade one's duties. Best regards M. Santos
